Damaged or faulty items

Did your item arrive with some faults or damage? Sometimes this happens, so please send us an email (alpinegoose@duck.com) and we will talk you through your options

Returning an Item

Please email us with your concern at alpinegoose@duck.com. We will let you know what your options are in our return email.

We suggest you get goosing on your return as we don’t take responsibility for things getting lost in the mail, and ask that you do not include your credit card details on the form. 

Please note you will need to cover the cost to return the item to us.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return once it has been received by us. 

Returns Policy

Get with the Goose, you’re not able to return an item if it doesn’t comply with our conditions. Also, items sold as ‘MADE TO ORDER’ such as any item from the brand “Mt. Everest Garments”, or gift cards cannot be returned for a refund. 

Any rights you have under this Returns policy in relation to your Alpine Goose product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
